Birth doula support takes the form of a series of visits designed to prepare you and your support team emotionally, informationally, and physically for labor, birth, and postpartum, in addition to regular contact in between visits. Three prenatal visits, continuous support during labor and birth, and three postpartum visits are included and may be covered by your insurance!
Abortion doula support takes the form of a series of visits pre- and post- abortion designed to accompany you on the journey of pregnancy termination with information, resources, physical support, and nonjudgemental emotional support, as well as accompaniment to your appointments, if you wish. You will also have contact with your doula in between visits and appointments. Abortion doula support may also be covered by your insurance.
