This is a 6-week class that will prepare you for the ins and outs of labor and childbirth and will leave you and your partner or primary support person feeling empowered, prepared, and confident with tools for advocacy and informed decision-making for your desired birth experience. The class includes:
Mentorship from an experienced Evidence Based Birth® Instructor
Six total classes— 2 in person in Providence, RI and 4 virtual— with your EBB Instructor and classmates to prepare for the labor process and practice your labor skills
Five weeks of online videos for you and your partner(s) to watch together
In-depth, spiral-bound workbook in physical or digital format
Breastfeeding/chestfeeding and newborn care videos
Earn points throughout the class to get prizes at the end!

What to Expect

Pricing
We use an honor tier system to price our courses for parents. We trust you to select the option below that most accurately represents your financial situation. Nobody will be turned away from our course for lack of funds. Please schedule a free consultation to discuss options if you would like to join class but none of the below options are accessible to you.
